This place is now closed. I stopped by for lunch on 9/18 and there was no sign of life. Website indicates that there was an auction of equipment last weekend.

If you love messy BBQ and cheap local beer this place is good. I'm not a big barley wine fan but their Widowmaker is pretty good. The IPA is soild, the porter was rich but foamy. All in all a great local value.

I agree with Mike below - the IPA and Red seemed to be the best. However, their Winter Brew is also dry hopped and just about equal in quality. Hutch the brewmaster gave us an impromptu tour of the works. Great service with a great attitude. Nice hole-in-the-wall!

IPA and the Red are my Favorites. That Said the Widowmaker Barelywine is a MUST try if it is on Tap. Food is really good Bar-B-Que. Try the ribs you will not be disappointed.

The Chili was good...but my Father-in-law wasn't fond of the pork sandwich he had. The beer was ok...the Porter and the IPA were OK, but the others seemed to be lacking in flavor.
The first time I was there, I found the place to be sort of mediocre...I mean, basically its a lunch counter with a brewery attached, but this time around... a year since my last visit...they seem to be making progress. The service still sucks...but the beer has certainly improved.

This out of the way brewery is owned by a couple of guys from Boeing and is located in an industrial area. It is one of the smallest, but friendliest and most laid back brewpub I have visited in the Seattle area. I only tried their Nitro Porter, but it was fantastic and my partner in crime loved the red. They don't make their own food, but the chili is great as is the BBQ beef sandwiches.

Since there were no new reviews since 2000, I thought this place might be closed. They answered the phone as the "Hole in the Wall BBQ @ Pacific Crest". Glad we went there. Nice little place, no frills, but really good beer. the IPA was Awesome! We were pushing closing time, but the barmaid was in no hurry to show us the door. BBQ was pretty good too. The name "Hole in the wall is pretty appropriate, and it is in the middle of an industrial/warehouse area, so caters to afterwork crowd more than nightlife, but definitely worth a stop. Or at least a drive by for a growler to go.

Great hand-crafted ales and lagers with a BBQ joint under the same roof. Probably the best beer, least known Brewery in Seattle. Only 10 minutes North of SEATAC airport.

DaaaaI heard that! Cook reminds me of the cook Barf on an old Nickelodian Show. However, the barbeque is great and they have a great selection of hot sauce, but lets talk about the beers. BEST IPA IN TOWN HANDS DOWN!!! The seasonals are especially good, and if you like ambers then you'll love the Trail Crest Red. This isn't the stop for a friday night date, but a great place to start off with a great pint!

A clean place in a converted warehouse about three minutes south of the Museum of Flight in South Seattle. The people are friendly and remember your name!!! I travel all over the U.S., and Pacific Crest's IPA is the best I've ever had anywhere.

This has become one of my favorites in the south Seattle area. Their IPA and Porter are worth the trip!

The addition of a deck doubles the space for hanging out and taking advantage of one of the best happy hours in town. The beer is a bargain at any price, but $2 for a pint of their excellent IPA? I'm there! Maybe soon I can tear myself away from it to try the other beers available...
